By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ChatGEO provides AI-powered SEO and GEO optimization tools ("the Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Registration

You may be required to register with the Service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Credits and Refunds

Our Service may use a credit system. Credits purchased are non-refundable generally, except as required by law. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis or as required by local consumer laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
